Product Information

Q: Where are your products made?

All our products are 100% manufactured in the USA.  We are passionate about supporting USA based business and strive to purchase USA made materials whenever possible.  Bear Paw Creek is a proud member of American Made Matters.

Q: Do you customize products?

We love to customize products and collaborate with you for your needs.  Just contact us!

Q: How do I wash my products?

With the bright colors I like to wash our products on cold. Given the length of the streamers and stretchy band, I like to use the drawstring bags to wash the items in.

You can machine dry the products on low or gentle cycle. I prefer to hang mine outside to dry to benefit from the suns natural disinfecting properties – plus I love sun-kissed laundry.

Q: What is the difference between latex and latex free tubing?

The latex tubing has more rebound/return to it’s original tensile strength. Latex free tubing is smaller in diameter and has more give than the latex tubing.

Q: Can I replace my tubing?

Yes! Tubing does break down, like any rubber. It can easily be replaced. If your tubing breaks, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you.

You can also purchase replacement tubing.
